1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Digital products (downloadable software, e-books)
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • If you receive a damaged or broken product, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  • To report the issue, please contact us with the following information:
  • Order number
  • Description of the damage or defect
  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging   

Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within10-15 business days.
  • If rejected, we will notify you with the reason for the rejection.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
